Full payment is required for the following:

• No show or missed appointment.

• If you purchased a series/package of sessions and you either miss or no show, you will lose one of the sessions.

• Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment.

 

Cancellation Fee of $30 is required for the following:

• Less than 3 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• If you have prepaid for a single session, you will be issued a store credit minus the $30 Cancellation Fee.
